"EREQ" Youth Initiatives and Exchange Programs Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)

Founded in 2026, our youth-led NGO is based in Armenia and driven by a simple idea: 3 minds, one mission. We are a small, purpose-driven team committed to opening doors for young people through the opportunities offered by Erasmus+. Our main focus is sending youth abroad to take part in youth exchanges, training courses, and mobility projects across Europe. We believe that stepping outside familiar surroundings, meeting peers from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives is one of the most powerful ways for a young person to grow, both personally and professionally. We work across a broad range of themes that reflect the challenges and interests of today's generation: active citizenship and democratic participation, inclusion and diversity, digital skills, and environmental sustainability. These topics shape the projects we send young people to and guide the kind of learning experiences we want to create. Our organisation is open to all young people. We don't believe international opportunities should be reserved for a select few, so we aim to make Erasmus+ accessible and welcoming regardless of background, experience, or starting point. Whether someone is taking their first step abroad or building on previous experiences, our goal is to support them in becoming more confident, engaged, and open-minded. As a young team ourselves, we understand the needs and aspirations of the youth we serve. We bring energy, fresh ideas, and a genuine commitment to building bridges between Armenian youth and their European peers, fostering mobility, learning, and lasting cross-cultural connection.
