Regional Development - projects in the fields of reconstruction of schools and kindergartens, including energy efficiency of public buildings; 2. Public Administration Capacity: - implementation of electronic filing; - development of strategies for local economic development; - development of strategies for local tourism; - analysis and development of strategies for the optimisation of the local administration work; - training and qualification for the local administration staff; 3. Competitiveness: - projects for modernisation of enterprises; - introduction of innovations in enterprises; - standardisation; - creation of "clusters"; 4. Humain Resources: - Social services: a) "Help from home" - home helpers, social assistant and personal assistant; b) creation of social enterprise for "Help from home"; - community services: a) Community Day Centre for elderly people and people with disabilities; b) Day Centre for children with disabilities; c) Community Support Centres; 5. Rural Development: - modernisation of the agricultural farming; - ecology; - program "Leader"; - projects in support of small and medium size non-agricultural enterprises that are working in the rural areas; 6. Transnational cooperation: - Projects under the LifeLong Learning Program (Grundtvig and Leonardo); - Youth in Action; - Exchange of experience under the Operational Program Human Recourse Development - Pillar 7 (Transnational Cooperation).
