Mardin Artuklu HEM is found in order to facilitate the potential target groups such as unemployed youngsters, women in local community to be inspired to keep in touch with the target employees profiles institutions Moreover It Facilitates the vocational education for women and inspire them to be in business sector which would Upgrade their social statues in the community as well as implementing and designing the Project which will provide the women the intellectual capacity and qualification to meet the demands of business sector so that they will have opportunity to reach educational resources and Training ,equally ,in society. The organization has links with business world sector including local and regional chamber of commers, business enterprising confederations, entrenepreneur companies and social assistance foundations to make the potential target groups, especially, women being aware of their motivation to be a part of local community together with immigrant background groups and social integration in south eastern part of Turkey which is regarded as underdeveloped area in terms of women rate contribution in the society. Therefore the Organization launch as initiative to empower the women and youngsters ,especially,immigrant background ones in region to make capacity building to be ready and efficient for target vacant in business sectors. With the framework of the project; The organization will have an opportunity to have a larger impact on the local community including women/youngsters to be encouraged to get involved in capacity building trainings so that they will be ready to fulfill the vacant requirements from employer organization through policy making and development of current implementations in international level of the participant organization in the proposed project
