We are Autismo Albacete association a non-profit organisation with over more than 12 years of experience working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Our main goal is to achieve the total inclusion in society of people with ASD. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with ASD and their families. How do we work? We are focused in promoting the skills and abilities of people with ASD and attending their specific needs from an integral view throughout the life cycle, since they are kids until the adult age. Our specialised and experienced professionals offer a great support and advise to the families who are also involved in the integration process of people with ASD. Giving an appropriate attention, education and support to people with ASD is our main priority and under this context of crisis and unemployment, we focused all our efforts in long-term actions, which will help them to reach a better life. Desarrollo Autismo Albacete works in areas such as: -Education and training where TIC have a key role -Cultural activities and sports -Promotion of self-independence and inner-skills -Employment -Housing -Individual advice and support -Reach social awareness and social participation On the commitment of improving their life quality, we follow the strategic priorities held by the United Nations related to the Rights of people with disabilities.
