We do promote professional advisory services, education and training for young unemployed people. Among our priorities are to increas employment opportunities for young people and improve the employability of groups threatened by social exclusion. OLSAF DS encourage young unemployed people to step into adult education in order to gain the qualifications they need. Through adult education they can improve their social and communication skills and it can help them to build up their confidence and regain their motivation. OLSAF DS has a great experience in the field of career guidance and counselling services provided for young and adult unemployed. Similarly, there is a very good cooperation between OLSAF DS and Educational institutions especially with Vocational Schools, which supports young people when choosing a future career path. We have good relationship with local employers, therefore we can provide opportunity for young people to meet enterpreneurs. OLSAF DS does have a good experience in project work. We did participate in various projects as partners and as coordinators.
