IM.O.FOR Toscana offers mainly services of training and vocational guidance to companies and citizens, public schools, and public administrations, in order to give a concrete contribute to the management and implementation of active labor market policies. The society’s three macro areas can be identified through process management/entrepreneurship courses, orientation, training, trading, research, staff selection and outplacement. Thecompany’s range activities covers the whole region. IM.O.FOR. Toscana is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. The company is subject Accredited Services for Work pursuant to LR 32/2002 and subsequent amendments and is authorized subject to the performance of "brokerage, research and staff selection ,in order to support the relocation of personnel", it was also admitted to the Regional Employment Agencies. IM.O.FOR. is also accredited by the Tuscany Regional Training Agency (code PI 0153). The main activity is concerned with the labor policies planning and management : > Orientation, hospitality, educational guidance and management regulations relating to vocational guidance, individual and group counseling, skills assessment, basic and transversal skills , outplacement, inplacement; > palnning and supply of training programs, coordination and control, monitoring, evaluation and reporting; > orientation to self-employment , services to SMEs, recruitment. > staff recriutment and selection , brokerage, mediation between demand and supply of labor, including disabled and disadvantaged people.
