East Clare Community Co-operative

East Clare Community Co-operative has a 30 year track record of providing sustainable initiatives, services and activities to the local rural community, through the adaptation of a holistic approach. On site there is a Community Garden, Men's Shed Pizza oven, Training Barn, An Enterprise kitchen, a Training Kitchen, Cookery School, Vegetarian cafe, Second Hand shop, rooms for Community Activity and a family Support service that provides play therapy and support for all, including children, adolescents and young people. We work to provide all people with fewer opportunities a place to share, learn and grow and focus on creating sustainable initiatives using a diversity of approaches that integrate beliefs, ideas, values and actions. We would like to partner with other projects throughout Europe that are focused on resilience and capacity building, in light of a fragile and rapidly changing world.
