Impactive Youth Organization

Impactive Youth, hereafter IYO, is an informal youth group based in Ankara, is formed by experienced youthworkers, project coordinators, young volunteers and experienced group of people with European studies background with various collaborators within and outside of Turkey with different educational and professional background. Members of our organization are experienced individuals in organizing projects, trainings, and activities to increase awareness on the importance of active development. The aim of IYO is to promote youth empowerment through the creation of real opportunities for educational and professional development, encourage youth participation and stimulate youth entrepreneurship using various models and opportunities such as trainings, mentoring, youth exchanges and contribute to the creation of a responsible and active society in terms of cultural, educational, social and environmental development. IYO works with the aim of creating growth opportunities in social, cultural and technological sectors, inspired by the European Union between local development and social inclusion within the European context, with the understanding that the full social integration of people, in particular young people, is prerequisite for the development. Within the OBJECTIVES of Impactive Youth Organization: • empowerment of young people; • promotion of the social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities; • education of civic responsabilities, European citizenship and solidarity; • promotion of intercultural dialogue in Europe and between the countries of the Mediterranean; • promotion of sports and healthy lifestyle, • To train them on'' Key Competences '' European; • Support self-employment and entrepreneurship; • Participatory approach in the preparation of project proposals; • Promotion of European opportunities; • Support outreach to the creation of new businesses and youth organizations; • Promote, through opportunities for mobility, cooperation between educational, social partners and the private sector at national and transnational level to produce results of high quality learning "in an intercultural dimension" to increase the competitiveness of students who will enter the market job; • Promote the importance and the impact of youth participation and mobility through the issuance of Youthpass certifications intended to recognize the skills acquired abroad; • promotion of youth entrepreneurship in a European context and the development of creative industries, with specific activities contributing to the employability of young people; • promotion of the training and non-formal educational activities also to improve the skills of young people; • Identification of local, regional and national issues and developing strategies to address this issues, strengthen the European dimension, in a perspective of peaceful coexistence among the peoples of the world, in collaboration with associations in other countries; • participating in research and development of technologies aimed at facilitating learning in all fields and to the spread of educational channels of communication at a distance, are the main priorities.
