Associação de Jovens de Penamacor

The Associação de Jovens de Penamacor, aims to carry out recreational, recreational, educational and cultural activities that promote local dynamism and, especially, the young population. This association, founded at the end of 2013, has been guided by close with young people, doing a fieldwork, in regard to listening to the problems and needs of young people, having first invested in their leisure and recreational needs , And also to meet the logistic and technical capabilities of a new association that we are. We are now projecting a future year 2017 and we intend to increase our responsiveness to our young people by promoting deeper events and projects, and by empowering them with greater experience, which will also allow them to broaden horizons. It is our purpose to be part of the Erasmus + family and have a European enrichment that will otherwise be more difficult. We are part of the so-called Brussels, Low Density Territories, but we are very proud of this fact, because the value of our people although in a smaller number than in relation to the coast makes us try harder and be resilient in the objectives that we want to achieve. We are also in the national territory, the county more aged. However, we want to change this trend that has stuck with us as an ill-fated label and that in no way promotes our region and all that we have the best to show to who visits us, who wants to meet us and who wants to work with the youth of the Interior. Our team is very multidisciplinary. Although we are all volunteers, we will be giving 100% of our skills in this project. Our team currently has a group of young people with experience in Team Management, Organization of Events, Lectures and Seminars, as well as skills in Management, Law and Human Resources. The Associação de Jovens de Penamacor is made up entirely of young people under 30 who want to help improve the World and contribute to a more informed and knowledgeable Youth. They all have language skills in English, as well as people with excellent interpersonal skills.
