Doctors of Tomorrow

The "Doctors of Tomorrow" is a group of health-science students from all over Greece. We strive to help the world we live in through medical awareness and volunteering. Basic concepts in medicine and public health are lacking in today's society as the "specialization trend" gets more ground. In the majority of cases, people who aren't in the medical field have no particular interest in gaining health relevant knowledge. This has been the root cause for quite some public health issues in our world today, with the most serious one being antimicrobial resistance. In addition various diseases that could be eliminated continue to scourge our society. The promotion of medical knowledge to the general population is a very promising action that will raise the public health standards and prevent impending societal hardships. And our aim is just that. Equipped with the knowledge through our university courses we believe we can be of great help. Let's make the world a better place!
