Boo folkets hus

Boo Folkets hus is a non-profit cultural organization, founded by the people living in “Orminge” a part of the municipality Nacka (outside Stockholm in Sweden). Regular activities that we offer is the youth recreation centre (for 13-18 years old, six days every week), the Arts school “Nacka Dans & Teater” with courses in dance and theatre for children and teenagers in their own free time. We offer the senior citizens activites in the day-time. We also host several music schools, activities organized by the members in the association, different cultural events and several projects. In the early summer we make a festival called Orminge Karneval and it gather about 10 000 visitors every year.
