Various Education (through workshops seminars and similar) Target group: Young people, unemployed, (as well as all intersected) Objective: Prepare, educate, raise competences for the labor market Duration of the project: indefinite Education in the fields of labor market training (Over 12 months young people will be prepared and raised their competencies for the labor market, in the first part young people will learn about proper writing of resumes, asking questions, creating a video CV and improving themselves present in the labor market, improve their communication skills, teach business principles, and simulate job interviews to improve public presentation and speech. This training would cover the entire cycle of job search and concentrate on the business side and on the private side of the young person.The participants will be educated about understanding the importance of social networks when searching for a job, how to present them via biography and video curriculum and ultimately how to shine on a job interview. The purpose of the project is to educate 40 young people, women and unemployed people agriculture-related municipalities in order to increase their knowledge and skills through delivering specific training sets that will be led by agricultural experts. Education can cover four themes in the field of agriculture (4 groups per 10 users). Additionally, a business plan training will be held for each group, after which the beneficiaries will prepare individual business plans with which they will apply for a grant. When designing business plans, users will have full support from the coordinator.
