Development center of Vojvodina - RCV - Razvojni centar Vojvodine

The Development Center of Vojvodina (RCV) is a non-profit civic association from Serbia that empowers youth, communities, and local stakeholders through education, civic engagement, environmental sustainability, digital innovation, and international cooperation. Since its establishment, RCV has implemented and partnered in over 30 EU-funded projects under Erasmus+ (Youth, Sport, VET) and CERV/Europe for Citizens programmes, building strong networks across more than 15 European countries. Our activities encompass a range of initiatives, including youth exchanges, training courses, mentoring schemes, civic participation programs, awareness campaigns, and community resilience projects. RCV specializes in non-formal education, employability, entrepreneurship, media literacy, ethics, and safeguarding in youth work, sport for inclusion, and environmental action. We regularly host international events in the Fruška Gora region, bringing together young people, youth workers, municipalities, and NGOs to exchange practices and co-create innovative solutions. Our mission is to bridge gaps in education, social inclusion, and employment by equipping young people with the competencies, networks, and confidence they need to succeed. By integrating education, technology, and civic participation, we remain a reliable partner in European cooperation, committed to creating lasting social impact and professional opportunities for young people.
