Felix Unicornis

The name of our organization "Felix unicornis" in Latin means "happy unicorn" and the idea of organization is “how to be UNIQUE“. The values disseminated by our organization are: individual uniqueness, humanity, simplicity, tolerance, creativity, self-confidence, decisiveness. Organization by its activities, initiatives and projects aims to encourage youngsters for personal growth to step out from the comfort zone to develop personal skills and competencies. The activities of the “Felix unicornis” organization are focused on the learning of the personality through non-formal education methods, through experiential and experiential learning methods, acquisition and improvement of competences. “Felix unicornis” focuses on developing a person as a full-fledged, socially responsible and creative individual personality. Organization activities will lead to aims for youngsters to be Unique as a personality, be self-confident, creative, free-mind, free as a personality, strive for individual joyful and motivational livelihood, and other opportunities that are personal and cares for each of person individually. Much attention is paid to international cooperation, learning from international experience and practice. We are an open-minded organization that has a lot of ideas, experience and experienced members, which in cooperation together with other project partners could make and implement the good quality project. Our organization members are very active, responsible and willing to organize activities. We have experienced persons with high education level, experience in youth work, trainings, seminars and other activities. Our members also have this knowledge and qualities: planning skills; organizational skills; coordinating skills; project and conferences skills; Training skills; project writing-hosting-coordinating skills; non-formal education intercultural learning methods application skills. Our organization have human and technical resources for project administration, preparation and implementation. To the international project activities, we are going to involve young people with fewer opportunities (social and economical) and also youth who have already taken part in either youth projects or training courses so that they could share their experience with other participants in the project and ensure equality and knowledge share balance.
