YEPA – is a non-profit organisation established in 2012, focused on the developement of social, economic, civic and digital skills in the most voulnerable society groups as elderly, women, youth, NEETS, migrants and other. Organisation actively initiates and implements projects under the widely known Programmes like ERASMUS+ and Europe for Citizens as well as national ones. YEPA‘s mission includes promoting innovation, non-formal education, entrepreneurship, employability, equality, civic-mideness. We provide innovative, custom-made, realistic solutions for everyday problems of society. Our fields of excellence: • Education - we diagnose educational needs and develop personalized training courses. • Social inclusion - we ensure the inclusion of citizens with fewer opportunities by providing social education. • Economic iclusion - we develop innovative ideas based on up-to-date research and business trends. • Civic inclusion – we ensure that residents fully participate in civic life by increasing access to leadership and democratic spaces. • Digital inclusion – we focus on a practical, policy-driven approach that addresses the digital skills need of communities. YEPA has 5 full-time employees from which 3 are experts, financial manager and administrative assistant.
