Asociația GO-AHEAD

We are a non-profit organization established in 2017, involved in numerous activities addressing different-level students, teachers and auxiliary personnel, mostly on the area of personal development, coaching, counselling, focusing overall on increasing the level of education. We are a young and dynamic team that managed to accumulate notable results in a very short time. Our main results: - we have been training over 2400 teachers (2017-present), on 6 programs authorized by the Ministry of Education (including Counseling students for successful school and professional guidance, Strategies to prevent and combat bullying, Applied techniques in the teaching-learning process of children with SEN, The use of IT&C in the teaching-learning process) ; - we have a team of more than 150 accredited trainers for training programmes authorized by the Ministry of Education; - we have organized integrated personal development programs with students and teachers from disadvantaged high schools. - we were involved in education and coaching projects co-financed from European Funds - we have been a part of DigiEduHack movement in 2019, and the romanian winning team became one of the 10 finalists of the international competition. - we organize personal development workshops dedicated to students and adults, in the following areas: stress management; time management and energy recovery, problem solving and decision making, mindfulness, communication and positive attitude, trust and teamwork, emotional intelligence, conflict management.
