International Center for Creative Development, Social Innovation and Theater "IDEA"

The aim of our organization is to provide cultural, social, sports and recreation services for harmonious personal development; to motivate young people to create; to support creative initiatives of children and youth; to build international and intercultural dialogue; to address social needs in preserving and developing culture; to support amateur artistic creative work and other forms of amateurish creative initiatives, social and cultural activities designed for health promotion among children, youth and other social groups through innovative methods of sustainable development of the Russian society. Main Projects: 1. International Innovative Camp «MOST camp» which was founded in 2009. It hosts more than 600 children and teenagers as well as volunteers from more than 18 countries annually. The main aim of this project is to develop and support personal and social s among young people from Russia and from all over the world through intercultural dialogue based on social initiatives and creative industries. 2. Youth Center «MOST» is our local project implemented in Krasnodar. Youth Center «MOST» is a platform for establishing active youth society by means of social and cultural principles of the European society. Our organization has all the necessary resources – enough time, human and financial resources – to be a successful partner. Our team consists of both young ambitious and creative specialists and experienced professionals. The Head of our organization is a PhD in psychology and has written several scientific works, she has also created an academic programme for children and teenagers, has been working with children and teenagers for 23 years and as a trainer – for 17 years. The Head of Creative Industries and the Stage Director of our organization is an active participant of international youth exchanges and seminars organized by ERASMUS+, as well as programmes supported by the Council of Europe. He is the author of such scientific works as ‘Theatricalization in the Context of Cultural Diplomacy’ and ‘Multicultural and Intercultural Dialogue: Defining Differences’. He has experience in volunteering as well as hands-on experience in the field of stage directing. Project Managers in our organization are volunteers, active participants of youth projects, as well as experienced specialists in various fields.
