At Creo Común, we are committed to creating spaces where conversations can unleash their transformative power, facilitating radical and comprehensive dialogues that connect people on a deep level. We believe that through meaningful communication, it is possible to heal, connect, and support processes of real change. From a systemic, intersectional, and restorative perspective, we address the complexities of oppression and privilege in human relationships, striving to care for, repair, and regenerate those essential connections with a vision of a more equal and equitable world. To achieve this, we draw on extensive professional experience in methodologies such as Process Work, Group Facilitation, Social Theater, and Non-Formal Education. These approaches not only enable us to facilitate meaningful conversations at the personal, relational, group, or community level but also inspire individuals to lead their lives and organizations from a place of presence.
