The White Collar Platform (BYP) consists of experienced managers and personnel working in the public and private sectors. The platform was established in Ankara in 2020. The members of the group are academicians, senior managers, teachers, doctors, and psychologists and it consists of white-collar people, consisting of public relations workers. Among the group members is the European Commission Dec There are people who participate in youth projects (ESC, KA1, KA2, KA3). BYP is a group that conducts field studies on the job satisfaction of White-collar workers.
