Associação Tempos Brilhantes appears to be a non-profit association, it works in: conceiving; plan; manage and apply good educational practices, and innovative pedagogical projects that improve and motivate opportunities for curricular enrichment, from the artistic, cultural, musical sphere, through the domain of socio-educational and socio-cultural innovation in pedagogical methods and techniques, striving for a quality education, promoting values ​​of socio-educational inclusion, intercultural diversity, tolerance of difference and democratic participation, based on equality of opportunity and solidary social justice. ATB governs its mission by planning, managing and developing activities that enrich the individual and between communities, in the educational, artistic context and also touching on health, in an intergenerational logic, promoting the appreciation of the common symbolic heritage and its cultural and generational diversity. , based on the continuous improvement of the quality of education and professional training intergenerationally, supporting the development of versatile skills, in creation; encouragement and execution of socially innovative projects (which meet the needs and problems of people, their communities and the job market). In particular through the education of young adults and adults, providing them with additional knowledge, skills and competences, for example in the area of ​​entrepreneurship, to create their own jobs for weak publics (from different socio-economic contexts and heterogeneous socio-cultural realities), allowing them to the ATB, significant conditions of its improvement of the individual and collective quality of life. However, ATB aims to improve the quality of school and training education, in the learning of the school and training sector (through good innovative pedagogical playful practices, namely, through informal and non-formal education, empowering schools' mobility capabilities of students (as), involved in cross-border cooperation projects, and itinerant pedagogical exchanges. The ATB converges on three axes: School Success, for the training of each student, for their personal and professional pro-activity, for the growth of competences aiming at their personal and professional academic success; another axis, that of culture and active aging, whose focus of activities and projects, intends to promote health, quality of life, and awareness of society, the appreciation and practice of popular culture, the last axis, centered, in entrepreneurship and innovation, social, as it encourages and supports people intergenerationally, structuring and carrying out innovative ideas and projects for education and training to empower people and their surrounding communities.
