Innovative Community of Teachers

Our group was founded in 2021 by 3 teachers working in different cities. Our group was established with the aim of eliminating the problems such as loneliness, social isolation and low self-esteem experienced by young people in society, especially school-age individuals, after the barriers and various obstacles, and to support young people to experience a better life by increasing their opportunities. At the same time, it aims to find answers to the educational and social problems faced by young individuals and to contribute to the personal, social and professional development of the group members by bringing together teachers, educators and other youth workers with different backgrounds and characteristics. Our group primarily carries out activities for the above-mentioned purposes by organizing activities in the field of education and social issues in the schools where the group members work. In addition, group members represent the group by participating in different activities and activities. There are currently 15 youth workers actively participating in our group.
