1. MISSION: CiRAC, a cultural and recreational association founded in 1976, has the mission of ensuring a quality culture that is easily accessible to the entire population; enhance local creative capacity; diversify, through innovation, the cultural offer; promote true cultural democracy; develop associative life; and make culture an engine of social development. 2. VISION: we operate in the areas of culture, music, theater, recreation, percussion, painting, circus arts and communication and organize cultural, solidarity and associative events. Our strategy is to intensify our position as a promoter of culture for local, regional and national development and to be a reference association in the field of Art and Culture. Because we are in constant growth and renewal and adapt to regional and national needs, and because we value integral development, we have recently started to invest simultaneously in personal development, namely through coaching, an area that we want to consolidate and grow at CiRAC in the medium/ long term. 3. VALUES: we are an association of people for people. We cherish values ​​such as: respect, cooperation, solidarity, inclusion, equity, equality and cohesion. 4. GLOBAL OBJECTIVES: we aim to promote the Arts in its most varied forms and we distinguish ourselves by promoting social equity through equal opportunities. 5. MANAGEMENT TOOLS: in order to achieve our goals and continue to promote our mission, CiRAC has a highly competent and motivated team, which adds value to the association every day. In order to be able to implement our projects, we regularly apply for public funds (national and European) and we have a wide network of partners who support our initiatives.
