Azerbaijan Young Teachers Association

The Azerbaijan Young Teachers Association (AYTA), established in 2018, has been state registered since 2020. AGMA is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that creates continuous learning opportunities for young teachers, influences the formation of a positive young teacher profile, promotes innovative incubation opportunities starting from students studying in the pedagogical direction, grows with an appropriate development map by identifying the needs of young teachers, and applies a unified management system. Our goal is to support the development of cooperation between young teachers regarding innovations in education, strengthen the networking that connects young teachers, create a single structured mechanism and management system, establish relations and cooperation opportunities at the local and international level. Currently, AYTA has PR and Communication, Program and Training, and Projects departments. Young teachers from different regions of our republic are members of our association.
