Asociatia Tineri Mestesugari promotes quality education models that develop life skills among minorities, a sustainable development strategy and a society with a strong spirit of initiative, special civic consciousness, and a true spirit of social responsibility. Asociatia Tineri Mestesugari team is made up of different people, brought together by the following shared values: initiative, communication, philanthropic spirit, partnership development, equal opportunities, responsibility and integrative programs. Asociatia Tineri Mestesugari has as main areas of interest: reducing the educational gap between minorities and non-minorities; improving the socio-economic situation of the Roma communities; preserving, valorizing and promoting of culture; promoting young talents as a way of changing the image of the minorities; creating community development programs to reduce prejudice; increasing the organizational capacity by developing skills and competences for solving their own problems; preventing and combating human beings trafficking and domestic voyage; developing activities that promote democracy, tolerance, diversity and equal opportunities in society.
