Lead Pencil Youth Organization

Lead pencil is a youth group focused on youth development. Its main activities include fostering the personal development of young people, volunteers, youth workers and members in order to improve organizational capacity and play an active role in international projects and cooperation. The group has various activities such as developing non-formal education techniques and methods, building the capacity of young people and youth workers and creating an international partnership network. Furthermore, the group focuses on researching social issues, sustainable development and intercultural dialogues in both European and local contexts. It develops innovative projects through trainings designed to develop the research and analytical capacities of civil society organizations with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. The group includes a mix of youth workers, trainers, facilitators, volunteers. They work on projects related to education, employment, career management, leadership skills development, combating youth unemployment and increasing youth participation in social, sporting and cultural activities.
