Dynamic Youth Association

Dynamic Youth Association (DYA) was founded in 2023 by a team with backgrounds in career counselling, non-formal education, communication, and community building. Since then we've organised two Erasmus+ youth exchanges in Hungary — "EU vs Cultural Identities" (Eger, 2023) and "Healthy Mind Healthy Relationships" (Balatonkeresztúr, 2025) - and are currently implementing a CERV-funded project running through 2026. Our members have also taken part as partners in international trainings and youth exchanges in Latvia, Italy, Romania, Spain, Croatia and many other European countries. Our goal is to help young people (18–30) build careers, develop soft and hard skills, and become part of an active, reliable community. We work through non-formal educational methods: workshops, local gatherings, and cooperation with schools in the Szentendre and Budapest area - alongside international mobility projects. We see international cooperation as core to that mission: cross-border exchanges give young people practical language skills, a real understanding of EU values, and the openness that comes from learning alongside peers from other countries. We're looking to build long-term partnerships with organisations that share our focus on employability, mental health, and youth participation.
