Rezylium is a young organization, founded in February 2024, newcomer in European programs. What makes us the right organisation to implement projects is, above all, our staff, experienced in working in non-governmental organisations and in business, in areas such as project and team management, HR, CSR, partnership development, finance and administration, each member is described in detail below. The Rezylium Association was established in February 2024 and is a young, dynamic organization whose main strategic goals are: - development of future competences - we place emphasis on preparing people for the challenges of the modern labour market through education and gaining experience in modern professions, - professional activation of young people - we support people in looking for a job and building a career path, - enabling our recipients to gain professional experience - we provide opportunities to acquire practical skills and experience in various areas. Our mission is to fill gaps in traditional institutional education and stimulate people to be active in professional, cultural and social spheres. We want to create conditions for recognizing, naming and developing key competences so that everyone can achieve their full potential. Rezylium Association: - consists of 8 members experienced in work in education, business and social activities, - has a clear vision of creating a "Resilience Society", i.e. a society ready for change and easily adapting to new challenges, - has values such as: quality of education, equality and inclusion, passion for learning, social involvement, accessibility, sustainable development, responsibility, support and inspiration. Due to the fact that we are starting our business under the Rezylium brand (we have already worked together as a team), we are just running the organisation. Our statutory goals include: − broadly understood science, higher education, education and upbringing, − activities for education and culture by promoting the idea of lifelong learning and personal development, − promotion and organisation of volunteering, − providing civic counselling, − supporting sustainable development and environmental protection, − conducting activities for human rights, − supporting activities for gender equality and the fight against discrimination, including activities on for equal rights of women and men, − conducting activities for people with disabilities. We started our activities with: - information activities regarding various professional development issues (searching for a [first] job, career planning, changing industries, burnout, business English), - CV consulting, - educational workshops for youth.
