The Institute for Active Labor Policies Training (ISPAL) is a non-profit association established in 2002. ISPAL is a young organization that has built upon the extensive experience of ISFORDD (a national institute), becoming fully operational in the design and management of interventions for human resource development, supporting active labor policies, specifically in the economy and development of the third sector, small and medium-sized enterprises, and public administration. Since 2012, ISPAL has been working to maintain and strengthen the connection between people and businesses, defining itself as a true bridge that people can cross to reach the world of work. Useful knowledge is our heritage, and transferring useful knowledge is our goal. ISPAL is a training entity born from the will of ISFORDD and an employment agency, a combination that allows us to offer growth, training, professionalization paths, and job placement programs. We operate on a regional scale, driven by the desire to transfer useful knowledge to people, companies, and territories. As a non-profit entity, we develop our activities following the rules of an ethical code aimed at the professional growth of individuals. We believe in young people and their ability to develop businesses and society. We believe that the growth of society and businesses begins with the growth of the individual. We draw from companies, field operators, consultants, and experts to define our training offer and enrich our faculty. For this reason, we are able to provide useful knowledge: Useful for those already employed who want to update or specialize Useful for young people who want to enter the job market Useful for those who intend to acquire the necessary skills to operate on new technologies and innovative processes Our Policy: We sustain ourselves independently with a constant commitment to aligning our services with the needs of economic and international contexts. Reading ongoing transformations, listening to and interpreting needs, anticipating and concretizing adequate responses lead us to develop training activities in multiple specialized fields, job placement services, self-entrepreneurship support paths, technical assistance, and consultancy services. ISPAL is a non-profit institute. It carries out its activities with full administrative and scientific autonomy, respecting the guidelines set by the central committee. ISPAL’s headquarters are located at Riviera Dioniso il Grande n°76/a. The headquarters are adequately equipped and have an internal organizational and operational structure that ensures effective operation.
