We are a state institution that supports the development of individuals with psychological counseling, guidance and special education services. Our primary aim is to contribute to the field of psychological counseling and special education through research and development studies. In addition, our missions include making educational diagnosis of children, getting individuals insight of getting psychological help, and supporting the development of psychological counseling and special education services in line with scientific developments.
