Independent Participant

My name is Estherlla Abui Tamakloe. I’m from Ghana and currently pursuing an International Executive MBA at the Université de Lille, France. My academic background is in finance and international management, and I’m currently based in Romania for an internship that runs until September 2025. During this internship, I’m working on youth engagement, volunteering programs, digital tools for nonprofits, and cross-cultural collaboration in the NGO space. Living, studying, and working across different countries has shaped how I see the world and strengthened my passion for youth development, mental health, sustainable living, entrepreneurship, and inclusive leadership. I believe in solutions that are not only practical but people-centered, and I’m always looking for ways to connect these values to real projects and partnerships. One of my biggest goals is to launch an NGO in Ghana focused on helping young people through mentorship, skills training, community outreach, and creative initiatives that support personal growth and well-being. I want to build something that lasts and continues to serve, long after the first project ends. Whether you're looking for someone to collaborate on youth exchanges, facilitate workshops, co-design a program, or support with outreach, I’m open to working together. I'm also available for project-based consulting, volunteering, or partnership opportunities that align with my values and goals. Let’s build something impactful.
