Baskent Akademi Cimnastik Sports Club

Başkent Akademi Gymnastics Sports Club is a non-profit sports organisation based in Ankara, Turkey, dedicated to supporting children's holistic development through physical activity, movement, and structured play. Founded in 2018, the club serves more than 1000 children monthly across multiple branches with certified gymnastics coaches and pedagogically informed programs. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children aged 3 to 12 can improve their motor skills, body awareness, focus, discipline, and self-confidence. We work with children from diverse backgrounds, including those with developmental challenges such as ADHD, and integrate movement therapy concepts into our programs. We are affiliated with the Turkish Gymnastics Federation and actively participate in national competitions and development projects. In addition to sports training, the club runs seasonal camps, family workshops, and community-based initiatives that promote well-being, social inclusion, and healthy lifestyles among children and parents. The club is now expanding into international cooperation through Erasmus+ Sport projects and youth engagement programs. We are open to partnerships with educational institutions, youth NGOs, municipalities, and organisations working in physical education, inclusion, and mental health.
