Our organisation is providing high-quality and innovative training and mentorship programs for L&D professionals, youth workers, and educators. We focus on the following areas: - Trainings on learning design and facilitation - Trainings on coaching and communication - High-quality systemic education from lead experts in the field: systemic approach, family constellations, business constellations, systemic thinking, and systemic leadership Our mission is to support the growth and development of healthy communities, where individuals thrive. We support individuals and organizations to be better connected, lead others, and create impact in the world. In the EC programs, we focus on Erasmus + KA1 and KA2 partnerships for professional development, capacity building, Horizon, and Creative Europe partnerships. We also offer open call retreats and trainings with lead experts from Europe.
