Grow Together Foundation

Fundacja Grow Together is a youth-oriented non-profit organisation based in Wrocław, Poland. Although officially registered in 2025, the organisation builds on the prior experience of its founding team in youth work, non-formal education, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, and international cooperation. The foundation focuses on: – youth exchanges and non-formal education, – inclusion of young people with disabilities and fewer opportunities, – digital skills and social entrepreneurship, – international cooperation and European values. Grow Together is a newcomer to Erasmus+ Youth (KA1) and is actively looking for experienced partner organisations to build long-term cooperation and high-quality projects.
