We are a Cyprus-based consulting and innovation organisation operating at the intersection of social impact, innovation management, and sustainable growth. Founded in 2025, we support public, private, and non-profit stakeholders in designing, implementing, and scaling high-quality European projects that combine societal relevance with practical and measurable outcomes. Our work is grounded in social sciences and entrepreneurship, allowing us to bring both analytical depth and real-world business acumen to collaborative projects. We have experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and working within complex, cross-border consortia, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery among diverse partners. We specialise in project design, impact planning, stakeholder engagement, and participatory methodologies, particularly in initiatives related to youth skills, social inclusion, digital transformation, and sustainability. We place strong emphasis on co-creation with beneficiaries and stakeholders to ensure that project outputs are relevant, usable, and impactful. Alongside our innovation focus, we bring solid commercial expertise in business development, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy. This enables us to design robust exploitation pathways, business models, and dissemination strategies that increase the likelihood of long-term project sustainability and real-world uptake of results. In Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe projects, we typically contribute to work packages related to project management support, stakeholder engagement, dissemination and communication, impact assessment, business modelling, and capacity building. We are open to both partner and coordinator roles, depending on the project scope and consortium structure, and actively seek collaborations with organisations across Europe that share our commitment to innovation, inclusion, and sustainable development.
