PSWE (Pomeranian Association "Common Europe") is a grass-roots, non-profit NGO based in Gdańsk, Poland. Since 2004, we have operated as a values‑driven social enterprise, reinvesting 100% of our revenues into statutory goals and educational projects. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> OUR EXPERTISE & SPECIALIZATIONS: We combine social mission with a pragmatic, data‑informed way of working, applying a Social Venture Building approach across several complementary fields: >> Business Intelligence (BI) & Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) — using data-driven insights for monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment. We design indicators, build evaluation frameworks and support transparent, structured management of Lump Sum grants. >> AI Ethics & New Technologies — implementing digital tools and AI solutions with a strong focus on ethical frameworks, algorithmic management and the human‑in‑the‑loop approach in social and educational contexts. >> Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring — fostering intergenerational cooperation through structured mentoring, knowledge transfer and modern models of civic and employee participation. >> Sustainable Development — long-standing expertise in mobility, urban transport and the leisure industry, supported by our status as a Full Member of the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) since 2011. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> WHY PARTNER WITH US? We understand how challenging it can be to find a reliable, calm and well‑organised partner when deadlines are approaching. PSWE acts as your safe harbor: responsive, structured and ready to offer practical support exactly when it is needed. A distinctive element of our work is our auditing and evaluation background. With extensive experience in reviewing and assessing international projects, we support consortia with a clear, methodical way of working, helping maintain quality and coherence throughout the project lifecycle. Our organisational culture blends the Scandinavian model (trust, clarity, efficiency) with Schumanian principles and Catholic Social Teaching (solidarity, dignity, the common good). This creates a partnership environment grounded in respect and long‑term cooperation. Managed by certified project managers (George Washington University) with experience in Nordic and multi‑sectoral projects, we adapt easily to diverse organisational structures and thrive in consortia where different perspectives meet. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> OUR APPROACH We believe that projects thrive when developed by calm, committed people who act with integrity and maintain a down‑to‑earth, steady working style. Our partnerships are built on clarity, mutual respect and a shared desire to create meaningful outcomes. If you see alignment with your project vision, we would be glad to explore collaboration. You can reach us at , and we will respond with the same clear and pragmatic approach that guides our organisation.
