Empower Mind Youth Group

We are an active Youth & Student Group operating under İbn Haldun University (Istanbul, Türkiye), dedicated to youth empowerment, inclusion, and non-formal learning. Our multidisciplinary team combines expertise in combat sports (kickboxing, muay thai, and self-defense), mental health & psychology (focusing on self-efficacy and resilience), and professional digital content creation. Based at our modern campus in Istanbul, we organize workshops, training sessions, and international youth initiatives aimed at personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and digital expression. By using body-mind integration and digital media tools, we strive to create inclusive, safe, and dynamic spaces for young people across Europe to build confidence, break stereotypes, and develop core life competencies.
