DCDV promotes and supports young talents, organizes various cultural, educational, social, scientific and research symposia, surveys, campaigns, provide material support of all artistic creators to stimulate performing arts by organizing contests and festivals, creates and maintains a permanent informational portal, publishes books, leaflets, brochures, promotional materials, informative, cultural and historical ones. Secondary objectives: - Support for the needy, especially for young people with poor opportunities to continue their studies for commuters or for those who are studying away from the parental home; - Receiving or giving donations or sponsorships; - Organizing cultural and scientific trips; - Making applications for accessing European or governmental funds. The most important activity of DCDV is sustaining the above mentioned activities with the permanent informational portal since 2009 ( www.portalsm.ro). As time passed by and through our projects as ”Let’s do it, Romania” or “Let’s do a good deed”, we realized that change starts with us, so we decided to take initiative in matter of eco-civic education.
