As a mass education establishment, it adopts the policy of «Education everywhere and at all times for everyones »,provides people with free time activities while giving them the opportunity of having new jobs or improve their skills of quality. Our aim is; providing individuals with the knowledge and qualifications, social, financial and cultural development in accordance with the needs of the 21st as well as regarding their aims and needs; training them as thinking, researching, responsible and self-reliant individuals in various durations and levels thus raising the life standarts of the community.Our institution aims to be a model mass education establishment with its implementations and works; take providing people with the best free time activities and integrating them in the labour market as a goal. We believe the power of the cooperate; To raising the quality of education, To increase the employment,To support the social inclusion for everyones.For this purpose we cooperate with;NGOs, SMEs, Primary schools, High schools, Rehabilitation and guidance centres, Private organizations, Special education schools(Orthopedic disabilty,mental disability etc..) All organizations/institutions who need vocational,social, culturel education.We have 146 staffs in our institution. Our target groups Women,Men,Children,Disabled people,Elders, Young people and who needs vocational,social and cultural education or wants the improve their professional qualifications. In our structure there are 3 main categories of courses; **Vocational and technical courses, ** Social and cultural courses ** Reading- writing courses We have also open secondry and high school implementation for citizens who unable attend the formal education because of some reason. **Open primary school, ** Open secondry school, ** Open high school, ** Open Vocational high school These trainings can be distance education or face to face education.It depends according the education area or branch
