How to use CorpsLoop in 20 minutes
A practical path: find partners, claim your profile, start a conversation, and keep the relationship alive — without another tool maze.
Minute 0–5: Orient yourself
Open Organisations. Filter by country or city, then search by name. Use “Claimed on CorpsLoop” when you want partners who already show up and reply on the platform.
Save organisations that fit your next call. Favourites become your shortlist — not another spreadsheet tab.
Minute 5–10: Claim your organisation
If your listing already exists in the ESC / SALTO data, claim it. Approval links your account to the public profile so partners see a verified tick — not an anonymous invite target.
Upload a real logo, complete city and focus areas, and write a short about that sounds like your team. Incomplete profiles get skipped; complete ones get answered.
Minute 10–15: Reach out with intent
From a profile, start a conversation or a partnership request. Say which call, which role (host / support / lead), and what you need in one short message. Clarity beats a long brochure paste.
Minute 15–20: Keep momentum
Watch partnership responses in Partners
Save important messages so they do not drown in the thread
Create a listing when you are actively looking for partners
Set a search alert so new organisations matching your filters notify you
What success looks like
In one sitting you should leave with: a shortlist, a claimed (or claim-in-progress) profile, and at least one clear outreach. That is how fragmented contact lists turn into a living European network.
