Association Pinna for the Development and the Promotion of Ecotourism-APDPE is a national NGO founded in 2013 which is specialized in the promotion of Ecotourism and environmental education for youth in Tunisia. It has an executive board of 10 members coming from different backgrounds which enables the organization to direct different kinds of activities and gives better overview and flexibility. APDPE’s Mission is development of eco-tourism infrastructure, facilities and services in in destinations of high ecological interest in order to contribute to the conservation of this areas and their socio-economic progress. Pinna is located in Ariana. Since 2013 it has been developing many activities in the field of youth work. In the last five years it has developed its activities from leisure youth activities to environmental and cultural ones. APDPE stands for the responsible tourism and promotes this idea among the young people through organizing awareness camps, events, seminars, trainings and trips.
This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps. — Scope: Volunteering
