Eesti Erinoorsootöö Ühing noOR – noOR to friends – was created in 2004 with the aim to increase the participation of special needs youth in society, however, all youngsters are very welcome to participate in our activities. In fact, we believe that each and every one of us is simply unique and therefore it is important for us to approach youngsters individually – so that everyone could participate and share their experience. A large part of our current activities makes up international youth work projects, such as various international volunteering services. In those projects, we participate both as the coordinating and sending organization. International youth work projects have given us a thorough knowledge of intercultural learning, project management, and youth work. On the local level, we also run a silk screen printing workshop where the ones creating art are people living with various abilities. Our partners are youth centers and inclusion organizations, such as Tallinna Tugikeskus Juks, Päevakeskus Käo, Päevakeskus Vinger MTÜ, and others. We are always opened to new partners who are interested in involving special needs youth. Our values are: - everybody has something to share with others; - everybody can participate; - if you learn something, pass it on to others.
