PROSEC (Social Promoter) is a non-profit entity created in 1989 and registered in the association registry of the Department of Justice. As defined in the CSR plan, the mission of PROSEC is the attention of vulnerable groups, especially people with problems in the social, educational, training or work environment that favor well-being and improve the quality of life by enhancing their autonomy and personal development. It does so through the management of centers, projects and initiatives to improve the social situation of the beneficiaries. All of them are people who belong to groups at risk of exclusion and with some kind of social, training and / or economic difficulty, and most of these beneficiaries have been derived directly from local or regional social services. Some of the projects and programs managed are: - Companyia Socio-educational Intervention Center - non-formal education center for 80 children and youth with social and educational difficulties. Daily operating rhythm and managed since 1998. - Remolins Socio-educational Intervention Center - non-formal education center for 60 children and young people with social and educational difficulties. Daily operating rhythm and managed since 2002. - Lleida Shared Schooling Unit - formal education center for 12 young people from 14 to 16 years old with the aim of passing compulsory studies. Daily rhythm in school hours and managed since 2004. - Almacellas Shared Schooling Unit - formal education center for 15 young people from 14 to 16 years old with the aim of passing compulsory studies. Daily rhythm in school hours and managed since 2013. - Street Education Project - Daily attention in different areas of the city of Lleida to carry out free time educational activities for 40 children and youth who cannot have access to other resources. - Community Dynamization Program of the Historic Center of Lleida - to involve the residents of this area in social activities and promote their active participation. - "Caixa ProInfancia" Program for families in poverty through the management of aid for babies, or scholarships to include children in reinforcement activities and leisure time. - Participation in different mobility and European training programs, through reception and sending of European volunteering, participation and organization of youth exchanges, promotion of youth initiatives or participation and organization of seminars and training courses of the Youth, Youth in Action programs , Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus + (developed in this section). - Incorpora and Reincorpora Program where individualized attention is given to work orientation and insertion of people at social risk with difficulties in finding a job. They serve 250 people a year. - Formation Points of Insertion (PFI) to offer training in different specialties and improve the possibilities of occupation of people at risk of social exclusion. Training is offered annually to 36 people. - New Youth Guarantee Opportunities Program where an itinerary for the educational or labor reintegration of young people from 16 to 24 years of age is offered. This process is done to 45 young people. The entity collaborates in coordination with public administrations through its social services, private foundations, federations as well as other social entities in the region for the development of its projects and actions. The entity also develops transversal actions such as the promotion of volunteering, equal opportunities plan, workforce training plan and Corporate Social Responsibility development plan as well as the development in quality management through the NGO with Quality standard . At the level of the European mobility program, the experience of the entity is based on the Erasmus + (and previous) program. It begins with the annual participation in Youth Exchanges from 1996 to 2003 and organizing the exchanges of the year 1998 and 2002.
