Elliant’s youth service wants, through the attendance, the practice and the discovery of numerous structures and activities, to allow each child, The European Union is committed to promoting the development of young people and the development of young people. It also participates in specific actions with the surrounding youth structures of the agglomeration CCA (Concarneau Cornouaille d'Agglomération): teen stay, communal animations...
