Association Noël Paindavoine

Noël Paindavoine organisation is a House for Young workers. Therefore is main goal is to provide accommodation to young people aged between 16 and 30 years old and facing difficulties to get an accommodation, and consequently, in a situation of social and professional inclusion. The organization manages several apartment blocks in Reims. Noël Paindavoine does not provide only accommodation to young people. They also offers various supports for the inclusion of young people: trainings, educative workshops, support to access to social services and employment and mobility guidance. The volunteer will be a member of the educative team of the House. The role of the volunteer will be providing a daily support and another type of listen to the youngsters living in the different houses. The goal is to provide a peer to peer support and raise the interest to foreign culture inside the Houses. The volunteer will take part in the leisure and educative time as well as different workshops. The workshops can be really diverse following the center of interests of the volunteer or the current projects of the organisation. The core idea is to facilitate the relation with the youngsters and initiate projects with them in order to enable their active citizenhip and empower them.
