Our organization

Our organization was established in 2005 and was created with the intention to develop community development programs by sociocultural animation and preferably with population at risk of exclusion. Thus, our organization began developing school support activities with children from families at risk and currently develops volunteer projects focused on education in leisure time using the game as the main educational tool. Since 2019, our organisation started developing a new priority, related with RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF YOUTH IN RURAL AREAS. We have already some stable programmes and the process is on-going. Our main goal is to transform society by combating discrimination and exclusion, through positive sociocultural activities. Our target group are kids and young people aged 3 to 35 years. Mainly 18+ but sometimes develop activities with children (5-15) and general public adult (no age limit). Regular activities of our organization are: - Follow-up meetings, management and coordination (approximately one every month) - Meetings of the board (one every 2 or 3 weeks approximately) - Training activities (one every two months, on various topics) - Cultural activities (one every two months, in collaboration with other cultural entities) - Intercultural activities (one every two months, in collaboration with other entities or just us) - Family activities (one every month, in collaboration with other NGO's) - Children activities (weekly, such as language workshops, storytelling, sports, games workshops ...) - Youth activities (weekly, such as the games-hub and the Erasmus+ Rural Youth Group) - Creative (one every two months, workshops artistic creation, game development, etc.) - Activities of spreading of social and educational activities for youth and adults - ONLINE (daily) - Collaborative activities with other associations (weekly) People who regularly participate in our association has a very different profile from students to employees of different sectors. Always on a voluntary basis and with an average of between 5 and 20 volunteers by activity (depending on the day and theme). The board is made up of 4 people, volunteers all of them and staff team composed of 3 professional youth workers who are responsible for the administration and development of campaigns and projects that are running, and also for the ESC volunteers mentoring tasks.
