AIDE Association is an NGO in Ramnicu Valcea founded in April 2016 to support vulnerable groups for social integration and their involvement in community activities. In order to achieve the proposed goal, the association has set up the following activities aimed at involving young people with fewer opportunities in the community -Personal development workshops using non-formal methods. -Professional guidance workshops by meeting young people with people working in different professions -Transnational actions (youth exchanges, EVS, ESC projects) -Environmental actions and awareness of young people about environmental protection - Workshops to promote multiculturalism and tolerance -Activities to promote active citizenship in partnership with school institutions -Workshops of self-knowledge through art, the emphasis is on the expression of young people through different artistic creations -Ludic and cognitive activities in collaboration with Rehabilitation and Recreation Centers in Ramnicu Valcea The target group of AIDE association is disadvantaged young people (young people with financial problems, socially marginalized, young people from hard-to-reach areas, young people with low access to education or at risk of dropping out, unemployed). Through these activities, we want to encourage equal opportunities, volunteer actions, active participation, critical thinking, and multiculturalism.
