Amigos de Europa, is an association founded in 2014, with the main objective of invigorating the youth of Andalusia and to be able to make it participate in European Youth programs. It was born, at the initiative of a group of young people who had participated in projects of the defunct Youth in Action and first projects under the auspices of the Erasmus Plus program, since After participating in these experiences, they found that the young people in their environment did not know about these opportunities and They wanted to organize themselves to be able to publicize the programs and generate opportunities for others. According to the Friends of Europe statutes, its objectives and purposes are as follows: a) Promotion of the different possibilities that regional, national and European programs offer to young people Andalusian b) Promote integration and relationships between young people from different countries. c) Make Andalusian culture known d) Promote a critical spirit within young Andalusians and Europeans e) Promote the integration of young Andalusians into the national and international labor market. f) Stimulate and encourage the participation of young people in all existing spaces for social participation. g) Promote Human Rights and values that permeate EU and UN policies to improve coexistence. h) Others To achieve these objectives, we carry out the following activities: a) Conferences b) Cultural exchanges c) Training Courses d) Volunteer Projects e) Studies and analysis to determine the needs of young people f) Development of youth policy programs of the different institutions g) Creation of a web page to publicize information. h) Agreements with public collaborative institutions to implement youth policies and actions. i) Others All the activities that we develop are therefore aimed at achieving our social goals and all of them are preside over the following principles. -UNIVERSALITY: all our activities are open to any young person who has an interest in them regardless of their race, beliefs, origin or purchasing power. - FREE OF CHARGE: our entity is free of profit, so all the activities we organize are of a gratuitous. - INCLUSION: all our programs and actions are focused on generating inclusive measures for social groups that have fewer opportunities. - EQUALITY: all participants in our actions are equal, without any privileges due to sex, beliefs political, religious or otherwise. Although participation will prevail and measures will be established for a correct participation of young people belonging to vulnerable groups. - EMPOWERMENT: we are committed to non-formal education and dynamic methods for learning, but all our activities have the mission of empowering and teaching their participants -SOCIAL IMPACT: we believe in the "Butterfly Effect" and we pursue it. Our activities are a part of a change positive global, so with them we intend to change what we do not like about society, being a Third Party entity Sector. - REPLICABILITY: our activities are part of a studied plan that we gladly share with any young person or entity that wants to know our method. We expect that more and more organized young people develop activities. - COLLABORATION: we are always open to collaborate and develop activities jointly with other entities of the Third Sector or of the public administration. Thus, our association has always focused on the youth of Andalusia in all our activities, with special interest in those who live in small towns in rural Andalusia.
