The institute of Breshia Municipal Public Kindergarten (JOUDG Breshia) commenced work following the decision made by the local Community-Debar no. 01-2462 / 1 on 12th November 1969 and operates under the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of North Macedonia. The school has more than forty years’ experience in the Debar region, which is populated by ethnic Albanians, Roma, Turks and indigenous Macedonians. Groups of children are mixed from the three largest minorities in this region. The main building is located in Debar on street September 8, with two further establishments elsewhere in the area. The school has a capacity of 350 children in the kindergarten Breshia 1 and a capacity of 150 children in Kolezija 2 located in the second largest region of Debar. The third building has a group for early childhood development in the village of Mogorche with 60 children. All together in the three buildings Breshia Kindergarten has more than 500 children throughout the year. The school has a Baseline Organization of life and work divided into three areas 1 Free Activities 2 Oriented activities 3 Life Activities divided into the Health programme and the Cultural programme Professional development is multi-faceted and JOUDG is the leading establishment in kindergarten education in the area. There is a programme of continuing professional education and a framework for care, together with an associated enforcement programme from the director and the professionals' employers. There are policies for: 1 labour organization and the conduct of the educational, professional, pedagogical and other work in the institution 2 the organization and realization of the educational work 3 continuous professional preparation 4 collaboration with parents/carers, local government and other interested parties 5 the maintenance and furnishing of nursery places The organization of education and preschool education in our society is of particular interest and is part of a unique system of education. The kind of education provided by JOUDG aims to thoroughly and systematically manages the education of its children. The institution has three buildings. In the centre of Debar provision is made for preschool education, two classes for elementary school use for daily activities and for classes in the "Social Centre for Children with Disabilities" which is a daily social centre for children with special needs (SEND). During the year, the realization of care work, training and education is maximized and rationalized utilizing all the space in the facilities which have the function of being for work with children. The school has a range of facilities: a. Lobby for joint activities such as games, parties, programmes and leisure activities. b. Classes for different groups of children arranged by age c. Toy rooms d. Rooms for pupils with special needs (SEND) e. Science and Technology classroom f. English classroom g. Room for consultation work, as part of the guardian educational framework h. Medical room with on-call nurse i. Garden with games for children's j. Kitchen and restaurant k. Terraces l. Computer room m. Minibus and Car Living and working in the kindergarten is planned, programmed and tailored to the specific requirements of the domestic agenda. Hygiene compliance by children and meeting the physiological needs on sanitation are prepared to meet the needs of this age of pupils. Other group activities such as kindergarten massage gymnastics games and designed sensual, visual and speaking exercises are conducted in the areas intended for daily activities. Depending on the weather conditions, facilities such as the garden and terrace are utilized to the optimum. Daily admission of children is conducted in specific rooms designed for that purpose and is where daily meetings with the parents/carers are held.
