About Organization
The Fabrique DEFI was born on 9 January 2019 from the merger of the Mission Locale du Calaisis, founded in 1984, the Maison de l'Emploi et de la Formation du Calaisis and the association PARCOURS, which is the carrier of the PLIE du Calaisis. Its purpose is to promote the reception, orientation and information of all young people aged 16 to 30 who have dropped out of school. It is financed by the State, the Hauts-de-France Regional Council, the local authorities (the General Council and the Communities of Communes) and by other partners, in particular the F.S.E (European Social Fund). The purpose of the Mission Locale is to - To welcome - To inform - To guide - To follow up all young people aged 16 to 30 A team that listens to you: Their actions: - Prescription for any training course and follow-up during and after the training course - Holiday grants, the backpack operation - Support for RSA beneficiaries - Setting up FSL files - The Youth Aid Fund - Information on social rights and referral to health professionals - Employment support: - Dissemination of job offers following prospection of companies by the employment team, but also offers from partners - networking - CV and cover letter workshops, simulated job interviews, immersion period in a company through internships (PMSSP), mobility, etc. - Sponsorship
