About Organization
Active Society Association, registered on December 5, 2012, is a youth a nonprofit organization that brings together 25 young people who have come together with the idea of promotion and development of civic activity and civil responsibility among youth. The association works for: Strengthening European Values: Human Dignity, Freedom, Democracy, Equality, the Rule of Law and Respect for Human Rights. Creating Opportunities for the full development, social realization and employment of all citizens. Forms an active civic position and develops activities and initiatives aimed at: promotion and observance of basic human and civil rights, improvement quality of life, fight against social phenomena, social inclusion of young people in society and their active participation in the decision - making processes in country. Encourages young people to control and participate in the management of municipalities, regions and the country. Carries out an effective structured dialogue with the state administration the field of civic participation for preservation, development and investment in civil society sector. Promote and support the provision of services for the integration of vulnerable people groups in society: unemployed, students, students, minority groups, disability. To represent, protect and develop the interests and needs of young people through the development of civic initiatives. Promote and develop formal and non-formal education and training, volunteering, civic activity and responsibility among youth. Increasing the qualification of the members of the association and building, developing and coordinating a network of agencies. Create and maintain loyal partnership with similar non - governmental organizations at local, national and local level international level.
